Lithium COMPLEX HIGH TEMPERATURE base GREASE

Dongsen Lithium Complex high temperature grease is designed to remain stable when exposed to a wide range of temperatures, heat, dust, humidity, stress, high pressure, shock loads, and other unfavourable working conditions and environments. Such stability enables it to be suitable for a variety of industrial, agricultural, construction, mining, marine, and automotive uses.

◎Lithium complex soap thickener ensures a high dropping point, which means that the grease can be used at higher temperatures in severe service applications, and also confers excellent mechanical stability so that the grease structure does not break down in service.

◎Excellent water resistance means that the grease stays in place and is not washed or sprayed off in wet conditions, reducing the need for frequent re-application.

◎Good thermal and oxidation stability ensure longer grease life under high-temperature conditions, providing optimum lubrication, extending equipment life and reducing maintenance requirements.

◎Suitable consistency meets the requirements of wheel bearing application, and avoids the grease being flung out of the bearing by centrifugal forces, so ensuring longer lubrication intervals.

◎ A wide range of industrial and automotive applications, where there is no requirement for load carrying properties.

◎Lubrication of chassis points (e.g. shackles, tie rod ends, steering knuckles, control arms and king pins), electric motors and water pumps of passengers cars, buses and trucks.

◎ General lubrication of roller bearings ,automotive wheel bearings (with drum brake systems) and sliding bearings operating under light load.

◎ Applications where the temperature range is from –20°C to +200°C.

1.Position the grease in a ventilated, favorable temperature room. Protected it from dust and impurities after open, close the drum lid after using.

2.Cleaning the parts of lubrication before using, don’t mix using with other grease. If there is a little oil impregnate, blend it before using.”
