Moly Extreme Pressure Lithium Base Grease

Dongsen Moly Lithium Grease is an extreme pressure multipurpose (EP) NLGI 2/3 grease fortified with Molybdenum Disulfide (MOS2) for added protection against heavy loads and metal on metal contact. The moly provides and addition measure of residual lubrication to protect metal surfaces when vibrating or oscillating movements tend to squeeze out grease between the surface. Appearance is black in color.

◎ Dongsen moly Greases EP are recommended for use in automotive and industrial equipment where a moly type grease is recommended.

◎ Typical applications in automotive equipment are: chassis, bearings, universal joints, fifth wheels, and ball joints. Dongsen Moly Greases EP are also recommended for use in construction equipment such as bulldozers, scrapers, loaders, shovels, etc.

◎ Dongsen Moly EP Grease are recommended for use in roller chains, trunions, gears, cables, sheaves, slides, and chassis bearings.

◎ In industrial applications, these greases are recommended for the lubrication of conveyor bearings,sliding and rubbing surfaces, kiln car bearings, etc. They are particularly suited for heavily loaded pivot pins, splined shafts, or other surfaces subjected to sliding, vibration, or oscillation where fretting is encountered.

1.Position the grease in a ventilated, favorable temperature room. Protected it from dust and impurities after open, close the drum lid after using.

2.Cleaning the parts of lubrication before using, don’t mix using with other grease. If there is a little oil impregnate, blend it before using.”
